We are pleased to invite you to the Ballater Victoria Week Car Boot Sale.

 

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, August 15th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Ballater Church Green. Whether you’re clearing out the garage, selling handmade items, or just looking to make a bit of extra cash - this is the perfect opportunity!

 

Seven ready-pitched market stalls are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can apply here: https://www.ballatervictoriaweek.co.uk/stalls

 

Please note the following requirements:

 

- Food producers and vendors must provide Food Hygiene Certificates and a Local Authority Pass Certificate.

- An electrical supply is bookable in advance, Stall holders must supply relevant safety certificates

 

These documents can be uploaded with your application or emailed to us. All information submitted will be used exclusively by the BVW Committee and will not be shared with external parties.

Ballater Victoria Week Terms and Conditions

 1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing these terms and conditions constitute a contract between Ballater Victoria Week (‘BVW’) and the Stallholder (‘you’)

 2. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed with BVW you must pay the fee using the Visit Ballater portal at least seven days before the event.

 3. Cancellation Policy

Please see conditions below :

  • More than 6 weeks before the date of festival - 100% refund.

  • 5-6 weeks prior - 50% refund.

  • 4 weeks or less - no refund will be issued.

4.   Refunds

If BVW cancels the event any fees paid for that event will be refunded in full.

5. Stall positioning

BVW will have sole discretion as to where you will be permitted to set up but will use reasonable measures to accommodate specific requirements – such as power.

6. Documentation

Please provide valid Public Liability Insurance certificates and food producers and food trucks must provide us with copies of their Food Hygiene Certificates, Local Authority Pass Certificate, either in the box above or by emailing info@ballatervictoriaweek.co.uk
